6. Cookie Policy
6.1 The Cookie Policy below is an integral part of this Ezra privacy policy, which users agree to when using the site. The policy is adapted to Ezra's actual activity, a private event space, with no online store, no user accounts and no payment collection on the site.
6.2 The up-to-date Cookie Policy is published on this page. Ezra may update the provisions of this policy from time to time, at its sole discretion, and we recommend returning to this page to check the latest version. This policy was last updated in July 2026.
6.3 Ezra uses monitoring and measurement tools (together, the "Systems"), including:
- "Cookies", small text files stored in the user's browser to retain information and identify actions;
- "Web beacons" and pixels, including the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram);
- Analysis, collection and data tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity.
6.4 The Systems collect information about browsing and activity on the site, including: the pages a user visited, the actions taken, time spent on the site, device type and IP address, number of clicks, screen resolution, operating system and browser type and language preferences, and more.
6.5 The Systems operate to measure traffic and analyze browsing habits, improve the site experience and remember preferences, secure information and prevent misuse, and for marketing and advertising tailored to your preferences (whether while using the site or on other sites and social networks). In addition, the Systems help us attribute enquiries you submitted via the contact and booking forms to the advertising campaign you arrived from, and measure advertising effectiveness.
6.6 Some of the cookies and Systems operating on the site are run by third parties (including Meta and Google), or as part of the service those third parties provide. Any use those third parties make of cookies, web beacons or any similar technology is subject to their privacy policies.
6.7 The files we use can be classified by their purpose:
- Essential files: enable the basic functioning of the site, loading pages, security and saving progress in the booking form. Without them the site will not function properly, and therefore they do not require consent.
- Performance and analytics files: collect aggregate information on how the site is used (pages viewed, time spent, errors) via Google Analytics, in order to improve the site and the service.
- Marketing and advertising files: used to measure campaigns and display tailored advertising (remarketing) on the Meta and Google networks, via the Meta pixel and Google Ads.
- Functional files: remember preferences such as language and cookie consent, so you are not asked to choose again on every visit.
6.8 One of the Systems operating on the site is Google Analytics, through which information about users' browsing habits is collected. For more details and the terms of use of this system, see this link, and to limit tracking by this system you can install the Google opt-out add-on.
6.9 We may receive aggregate or tailored information from Meta and Google for campaign measurement and advertising matching, and these networks may collect and use information about browsing, all in accordance with their terms of use and privacy and the permissions you set in your accounts.
6.10 We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with the site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, in order to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to gauge the popularity of products and services and online activity. In addition, we use this information for site optimization, security and fraud prevention, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
6.11 You can stop and prevent the use of cookies by changing your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.), and opt out of tailored advertising via Meta's ad settings and Google's ad settings. Please note that blocking or deleting certain files may impair some of the site's functionality.
6.12 For the avoidance of doubt, unlike large commerce sites, Ezra does not operate a shopping cart, user accounts, a loyalty club or payment-method collection on the site, and does not collect information via point-of-sale terminals or cameras. Our files are used mainly to measure traffic, attribute enquiries from the site forms and measure advertising.
6.13 On your first visit to the site a notice about the use of cookies is displayed. Continued browsing and use of the site constitute consent to the use of the Systems and technologies described above, as they may be from time to time, for similar purposes. If you do not agree, please update your browser or device settings according to your preferences as described.
7. Information security
We take reasonable measures to secure the information. However, complete immunity from intrusion or misuse cannot be guaranteed.
8. Data retention
The information will be retained for as long as required to fulfill the purposes above and in accordance with legal requirements, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
