Guests helping themselves at the buffet during an event at Ezra
One evening, the whole room yours, and guests coming to the buffet whenever they like.

The product is ready. Now you need a room 40 people will remember.

A launch for 30 to 50 invitees needs a room that feels full at 40, a screen you can see from the bar, and someone handling the food and drinks while you talk to the investor who showed up. That is exactly what is here.

A launch is one moment on the screen and an hour of conversations after it, and this room works for both: one event an evening, a screen and microphones already wired, and a bar and kitchen that run while you talk.

Four things already in the room when your guests walk in

Not rental gear and not an outside supplier. Each one is wired, tested and working at every event here.

01

The screen

A projector and a fold-out screen, with a PA for the video's sound. Bring the file, test it on the projector before the guests arrive, and it reads from the bar too.

02

The speeches

Two microphones and a PA with a mixer and monitors. One for whoever presents, one for the co-founder or for questions from the floor.

03

Bar and buffet

A cocktail bar with Ezra's bartenders, and a varied buffet of dishes that are good to share: pizzas from the taboon, salads, breads and bruschetta trays. Your guests help themselves all evening, and you don't deal with it.

04

The room

Closed to one event. Space for product stands, a signing table or a collection, by arrangement. Up to 60 guests, and it feels full at 30.

Launches we host

The room closes to one event, so it is set up around what you're launching. Food, decor and a DJ are arranged to fit.

For startups and consumer brands

Product launch

The product on the screen, a live demo and two mics for the founders. Then the guests try it at the stands, drink in hand.

For fashion and design brands

Brand or collection launch

The whole room for your guests, with space for products, stands and photos. Your own gear and decor come in by arrangement.

For authors and publishers

Book launch

A reading on the mic, a conversation with the author in front of the audience, and a signing table by the bar.

For musicians

Album launch

A full show on the venue's PA. The gear and backline list is on the live shows page.

For business forums and companies

Business toast

An evening for a business forum, a company anniversary or a client night. For the company event format, see company events.

A talk, a meetup or a live podcast? See the lecture venue page.

A launch evening here, minute by minute

A typical evening for 40 invitees. The presentation comes 45 minutes after doors, once everyone is in.

19:00Arrival, a first drink, the product already at the stands
19:45Opening on the mic: who you are and why tonight
19:50The presentation on the screen, a video or a live demo, 10 to 15 minutes
20:05A second speech or questions from the floor
20:15Pizzas come out of the taboon to the buffet, open bar, conversations by the product
21:30Finish at the time agreed ahead

Latecomers don't miss the moment, and whoever came on time has already seen the product up close before anyone talked about it.

How a launch gets booked

1

Leave your details

Two minutes in the form: what you're launching, roughly how many invitees, and a date if you have one. The date is not binding.

2

Get an offer built for the event

Guest count, how long, food and drinks, and what you're bringing. We come back with an offer built on your event.

3

The date closes, for you only

You confirm, and from that moment there is no other event in the room that evening.

Until you see an offer, there is no commitment.

Three hesitations we hear before people book

“40 invitees isn't a launch”

A launch for 30 to 50 is the format where every guest talks to the founder and touches the product. A hall for 200 gives you the opposite: a crowd that walked past a table. If your list is the 40 right people, this is the room.

“The venue has to look like our brand”

The room comes as it is in the photos: a bar, warm light, tables that move. Your products, stands and branding come in by arrangement. Tell us in the form what you're bringing, and the layout is settled on a call.

“We need it on a Tuesday in two weeks”

Sunday to Wednesday are usually the evenings that are easier to lock, because most private events here fall on Thursday to Saturday. Daytime is open too: an event runs 3 to 5 hours, and slots start as early as 09:00.

★★★★★

I booked a private birthday event. Eilam was perfect, she took care of every detail in the preparations. I kept bothering her and she never gave up on me, went over everything in detail and made sure we were on the same page. The place was exactly the right size, the pizzas were unreal and the food overall was amazing.

I celebrated a birthday there with about 30 friends. Stunning atmosphere, comfortable, beautiful, room to dance and a DJ stand. The owners are helpful and reliable and made the experience perfect.
